Returns and Refunds

RETURNS

All returns are accepted up to 30 days from the time the order is received. Eligible return items must be unused, in the same condition they are received, and shipped back in the original packaging - including your receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on items that do not meet the above criteria.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and all shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

To initiate a return, please send an email using our contact details at the bottom of the page, don't forget to include your order number for your your requested return item(s).

PERSONAL ITEMS

Items of a personal nature which includes lingerie, underwear, earrings etc are not returnable and non-refundable.

HEARING AIDS

It should be noted that a hearing aid can take a few weeks to get used to the new hearing enhancement (I wear one myself so am fully aware of this) it does not matter how much they cost they are only a aid to hearing and not a replacement for normal hearing so be patient with your purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return reaches our warehouse and is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether or not your refund was accepted.

If your item is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your payment card. Please note, some payments take 24-48 hours to appear in your account, while PayPal may take up to 72 hours.

In the event that you don't receive your refund within the time frames above, please contact the card issuer, as it may take additional time for them to post your refund. Additionally, your bank may also have additional information on the status of your refund.

If you’ve taken the above steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds are accepted on all regular priced items only. Unfortunately, discounted and sale items (including the Deal of the Week) are on an "as-is" sale status and cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Product exchanges are accepted on items with sizing issues, and may only be exchanged for the same parent product in a different size. These items must be unused, in the same condition they are received, and shipped back in the original packaging - including your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that transit times on exchanged products may vary depending on your geographic location.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS 

If you receive a defective item we'll send a replacement or we can issue a refund ASAP! If this is the case we apologize, send us an email so we can resolve this.

WATCHES AND JEWELRY (Excluding Earrings See Personal Items Above)

Watches a jewelry will only be refunded if unused and the protective tapes are still in place and have not been removed.
