Also, make sure that when you do buy something new (such as clothes) that it is not made from synthetic materials. This includes nylon or polyester. But instead, opt for natural fibres like cotton or wool which are much better for the environment.

Pollution is a serious problem, and we can’t always avoid danger, but if we know what to be aware of, we can protect ourselves from the risks to our health.
